Greg Fisher is the founder of School Empowerment Group, LLC, where he channels his extensive experience and passion for education to empower students, educators, and schools. Through tailored professional development programs, he helps schools achieve their goals by fostering leadership growth, promoting professional collaboration, and enhancing student engagement. As an educational consultant and coach, Greg is committed to driving meaningful change and improvement in schools, with a focus on building positive school cultures through staff collaboration and its impact on student success.

With over 30 years in education, Greg has served in diverse roles, including teacher, administrative dean, principal, adjunct professor, instructional content designer, and educational consultant. His hands-on experience in urban school communities has equipped him with a deep understanding of instructional leadership across areas such as curriculum design, college readiness, school leadership, social-emotional learning, and education reform. These experiences have shaped his advocacy for all students, particularly those from underserved communities.

Greg’s educational philosophy centers on creating schools where staff and students feel a sense of belonging, fostering environments where everyone can thrive. A proud product of public schools, he believes that strong staff morale and cohesion are the foundation for student success. His core principle is that schools can empower students by helping them recognize themselves as their most valuable resource and by guiding them to build their human capital to achieve their goals.

Joe Aguirre

As a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience, Joe Aguirre has dedicated his career to fostering positive school environments and student growth. His journey includes opening an LAUSD Pilot School in 2013 and serving as the Director of Student Affairs for the past eight years, where he has been involved in a wide range of duties crucial for the efficient running of the school.

Joe has had the privilege of delivering numerous professional development sessions on topics such as growth mindset, staff collaboration, coaching, pedagogical reflection, and enhancing school culture. Over the past decade, he has worked closely with Greg Fisher to develop a versatile program tailored to meet the unique needs of any school environment. Together, they have seen firsthand the transformative power of their approach in fostering open-mindedness, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.
